Show Usher: Job Description

Show Usher: Job Description

The job of the show usher is extremely important. It is the first point of contact people have when coming to the show. You, the usher, help to set the experience. With that said, the usher must be friendly, happy and willing to help.

In most cases, you will help check people in and help seat people. You don’t spend too much time with people, but the time you do is very important. Our goal is to have every customer leave thrilled with the overall experience.

So much so that they leave loving every minute of it. Happy customers spread the word and come back on the regular.
